88php Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 88php platform at https://88php.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 88php.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 88php platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all services available on 88php, including but not limited to esports betting, slots, bingo games, the VIP Program, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional offers made available to players in the Philippines.

To open and maintain an account on 88php, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88php does not permit persons under 21 to register or participate in any activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, a corporation or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling or online betting under any applicable Philippine law or regulation at the time of use.
• You must not have previously had an 88php account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

88php reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID or any other Philippine government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 88php at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. 88php uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations, including matching by name, address, phone number, device fingerprint, IP address and payment method.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 88php is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify 88php support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account, even with their permission.
• Do not allow minors to access your account under any circumstances.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person.

88php reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or accounts that have been inactive for an extended period as defined by 88php's operational policies.

All transactions on 88php are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). No foreign currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is applied. Your account balance at all times reflects PHP amounts.

88php currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — Minimum deposit ₱100. Deposits reflect near-instantly.
• Maya — Minimum deposit ₱100. Deposits reflect near-instantly.
• Philippine Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit ₱500. Processed within the same business day during banking hours.

Withdrawals are subject to a completed identity verification process. 88php will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used to fund the same account, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the support team. Withdrawal processing times may vary by account tier under the 88php VIP Program.

88php does not accept deposits funded by credit extended by a third party or by borrowed money. Deposits must come from funds owned by the registered account holder. Attempts to reverse, dispute or charge back deposits after bets have been placed will be treated as fraud and may result in account suspension and civil or criminal referral.

All bets placed on 88php are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the relevant platform page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game or market.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the 88php system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified or withdrawn after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).

• 88php reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error or human error, whether or not the bet has already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, the decision of 88php is final, subject to any formal complaint process outlined in these Terms.
• All results are determined by official sources or, for esports, the official tournament operator's ruling.
• Interrupted or abandoned events are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each game or tournament type, as published on the 88php platform.

For esports betting, 88php uses the official results as declared by the tournament operator — including MPL Philippines, M-Series, Valorant Champions Tour Pacific, The International and other recognised Philippine and international competitions. Any ruling by the tournament operator regarding match integrity, forfeits or rescheduling is binding on bet settlement.

From time to time, 88php may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards or other promotional offers to eligible players in the Philippines. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general provisions in this section apply.

• Bonuses are available to eligible 88php account holders only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, qualifying games, time period) are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• 88php reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already met all qualifying conditions for that promotion.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are available, only one applies at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

VIP Program rewards, including cashback and tier benefits, are governed by the separate VIP Program terms published on the VIP Program page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the VIP Program terms, the VIP Program terms apply for matters specific to that program.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 88php and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, including age misrepresentation.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, exploit platform features or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports or esports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform software or pricing systems.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits, or using the platform in connection with money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 88php staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or 88php's systems without authorisation.

By registering on 88php, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine law.

88php collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, government ID information, financial transaction records and usage data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement.

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• 88php may share data with payment processors (including GCash and Maya) and identity verification partners as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data and to request corrections to inaccurate information by contacting 88php support.
• Data retention periods are outlined in the Privacy Policy. Transaction and identity records may be retained as required by applicable Philippine regulations.

88php is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. We recognise that while most players enjoy betting as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PHP deposit caps to keep your spending within a budget you are comfortable with.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

88php will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to reopen an account during their exclusion period. If you attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion, 88php reserves the right to void any bets placed and withhold any associated winnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88php and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from betting outcomes, including losses on esports, slots and bingo games.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya or Philippine banks.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in odds display caused by data feed failures outside 88php's reasonable control, where 88php has exercised its right to void affected bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88php's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. 88php's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88php reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88php will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 88php platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using 88php and contact support to close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Any pending withdrawal at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the withdrawal was initiated.
